Jennifer Aniston’s reason to omit the Met gala makes a lot of sense.

The “The Morning Show” star opened on why he never attended the biggest fashion night during an interview for the September number of Glamor Magazine, where he said that the event is too high for her to be RSVP.

Although Aniston said she has been invited and regularly attends things like the Golden Globes or the Emmy Awards, she admitted that the entire test “overwhelms it.”

“It’s the preparation, the dress,” he said. “I am a girl of ‘jeans and flip flops and flip flops and t -shirts.”

While the “Friends” icon said he loves “disguising himself,” he said that preparing for the Met gala felt that it would be too a “mental game.”

“We are going to dress, put on an elegant dress, makeup, comb your whole ‘purdy’ and sit to a big room with your classmates,” he said about all the preparation that has to go to the night.
