Jesse Watters says Trump told him why he’s really building his ballroom and it’s disgusting

We just hope that the President donald trumpThe monstrosity of a ballroom will one day become Barack Obama’s Immigration Center.

Over the weekend, News host Jesse Watts delighted the audience at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in Phoenix, Arizona, with a little anecdote about Trump’s enormous ego.

According to Watters, he was recently dining on, of all things, Mexican food with the president at the White House when Trump asked Watters if he wanted to see the plans for his “big, beautiful ballroom.”

“I said, ‘Sure, let me see it,’” Watters said. “[Trump] unfold everything. And guys, I don’t know if you know this: the ballroom is enormous. Like I said, ‘Mr. President, the ballroom is four times the size of the White House.’”

Watters continued: “He said, ‘Jesse, it’s a monument. I’m building a monument for myself because no one else will.'”

At this, Watters chuckled as the audience burst into laughter.
