Joe Jonas says that going out after his divorce from Sophie Turner has been a terrifying experience
Returning to the quotes scene after a long -term relationship can be a discouraging experience, even when you are a pop star like Joe Jonas.
Appearing on Wednesday of Facebook Talkoplive, Jonas talked about the inspiration for “only love”, a song that appears in his new solo album, “music for people who believe in love.” The title of the song, he explained, came from a conversation he had with a recent love interest.
“I was seeing someone at that time, and I was having this idea of going out again. It was really scary and intimidating,” Jonas said. “Love takes different forms and forms, and I was rediscovering what it was.”
“And this person a little comically, sarcastically was like, ‘It’s just love,'” he continued. “And I thought, ‘Ok, it’s a big problem for me.’ And a big problem for them too.
Jonas did not identify his romantic partner by name, nor offered a timeline for when the discussion took place.

The Grammy -nominated two times was previously married to the “Game of Thrones” Sophie Turner, with whom the daughters Willa, 4 years old, and Delphine, 2.
Jonas and Turner separated in 2023, although their divorce took almost a year to end in the middle of a complex custody dispute over their children. In early 2024, Jonas was romantically linked to the Stormi Bree model, but the couple seemed to have gone on separate roads in June last year.
Appearing on Friday “Today” of NBC, Jonas confirmed that “Only Love” was originally written for its inclusion in a future album by Jonas Brothers. Finally, he felt that the lyrics of the song were very specific for their own experiences and emotions, so he chose to record it for “music for people who believe in love,” released on Friday.
“Sometimes, putting the pen on paper and paper to the letter is relief, gratifying,” he said.
As for Turner, he briefly referred to his divorce in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar published in October.
