Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau Just Launched Their Relationship in These Paparazzi Photos
Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau just appeared together in their first joint public appearance.
The pop superstar, 41, and the former Prime Minister of Canada, 53, arrived in town as a couple on Saturday to attend a cabaret show at Crazy Horse Paris to celebrate Perry’s birthday, according to photos captured by TMZ.
In the images, Perry, in a fitted red dress, and Trudeau, in an all-black suit, are seen leaving the cinema smiling, holding hands.
The harsh release of their relationship comes after the couple sparked speculation over the summer. Earlier this month, photos of Perry and Trudeau kissing on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, California hit the Internet. The duo was also spotted dining in Canada just days before Trudeau attended Perry’s July concert in Montreal.
The snaps circulated after Perry split from her boyfriend Orlando Bloom in July, six years after the actor proposed to her. Their breakup followed weeks of rumors. The former couple shares a daughter, Daisy Dove, whom they welcomed together in 2020.
A source told Us Weekly in June that “Katy is, of course, upset, but relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time of her life,” referring to the musician’s rocky 14-month marriage to accused rapist Russell Brand.

Earlier this month, Perry teased her fans about dating rumors during her concert in London on October 13.
While on stage, the singer saw a sign from a fan that read, “Katy Perry, will you marry me?”
“Did you hear he was single? That’s interesting,” Perry joked. “You know you really should have asked me about 48 hours ago.”
“It’s a little late,” she added timidly, implying that they had already spoken for her.
Bloom broke her silence about her breakup with Perry on the “Today” show last month.
“I’m great, man. I’m so grateful,” Bloom said. “We have the most beautiful daughter. You know, when you leave everything on the field, like I did in this movie, I feel grateful for everything.”
“And we’re great,” Bloom said of him and his ex-fiancée. “We’re going to be great. It’s nothing but love.”
