Kim Kardashian Reveals How ChatGPT Contributed to Her Failing Law Exams
Kim Kardashian learned the hard way that AI tools can’t always file a motion to be successful.
In 2021, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality star passed the California “baby bar” exam, officially known as the First Year Law Student Exam. In her most recent show, “All’s Fair,” she plays a high-powered divorce lawyer.
In a Vanity Fair interview on Tuesday that also featured “All’s Fair” co-star Teyana Taylor and a polygraph, Kardashian revealed that she has actually used the artificial intelligence program ChatGPT to answer several legal questions.
“I use it as legal advice,” Kardashian said. “When I need to know the answer to a question, I take a picture, take it, and put it there.”
The interview segment featured both stars asking each other questions in the presence of a lie detector test (complete with a polygraph operator). When Taylor asked if Kardashian uses ChatGPT for life advice, she responded, “No.” She gave the same answer when asked about using it for dating. He then talked about his experience trying to gain legal knowledge from the tool.
However, to Kardashian’s dismay, the show didn’t provide the answers she needed.
“They’re always wrong,” he said. “He’s made me fail tests all the time.”
Given the unfavorable outcome, Kim says she chooses to “shout out” to the program.

He revealed that he has had conversations with the program and did not appreciate the response he received.
“I’ll talk to him and say, ‘Hey, you’re going to make me fail. How does that make you feel?'” she told Taylor.

According to the “All Fair” actor, ChatGPT put the ball in his court and told him to “trust” his own intuition. Taylor and Kardashian coined ChatGPT as their “frenemy,” but that’s not the case for their “All Is Fair” co-stars, including Taylor, Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash and Naomi Watts.
While chatting with Paulson on the set of the show, Kardashian claimed that the moon landing did not take place.
“I don’t think we did it. I think it was fake,” he said. “I’ve seen some videos about Buzz Aldrin talking about how it didn’t happen. He says it all the time now, in interviews. Maybe we should find Buzz Aldrin.”
