Stop The Hate, a coalition of groups that organize the march for London on Sunday, said in a statement that “they are united in a clear and urgent demand: the immediate and unconditional liberation of all hostages.”
“Regardless of our various political views, this is not a political problem, it is human,” said the coalition.
On Saturday, the police arrested hundreds of people in downtown London when protesters sought to press the government to revoke their decision to ban the Palestine Action group as a terrorist organization. The legislation approved last month is a crime to publicly support the group.
The Metropolitan Police Service said it arrested 466 people for supporting the action of Palestine. OTHER EIGHT were arrested for other positions, including assaults on police officers.
