Marco Rubio pushes Trump jokingly for an executive order that prohibits weddings during the university football season

As summer comes to an end, sport fans celebrate the return of university football.

In the middle of the current list of debates surrounding the sports landscape, the United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, seems to have a solution for at least one of the problems in mind. While Rubio might not trying to finish discussions about the name, image and likeness (null); the transfer portal; Or the playoff format does want to address some programming conflicts.

During a recent meeting of the White House Cabinet, Rubio turned from policy discussions to express their complaints with those who choose to hold weddings on Saturdays that have a complete football list.

“This about people marry on Saturdays during the university football season is a scourge, Mr. President,” said Rubio. “Families are divided. I don’t know if we can have an executive order about this. There are another seven months in the year that people can marry. So, just wanted to say that.”

Rubio has been married to his wife, Jeanette Dousdebes, since 1998. Before being appointed for his position in the United States Department of State, Rubio was a member of the United States Senate.
