Meghan Markle faces a violent reaction for bringing 1 Figrities Friend in her Netflix show
Although the second season of Meghan Markle’s lifestyle series does not premiere until the end of this month, one of the next invited stars of Duchess of Sussex is already attracting a heated reaction.
On Tuesday, Netflix presented the trailer for season 2 of “With Love, Meghan”, which hits the transmission platform on August 26. In it, Markle can be seen with several celebrities friends, including chef David Chang and the “queer eye” fashion expert, so France.

Much of the criticism comes from the previous exchanges online of Teigen with fellow model and television personality Courtney Stodden. In 2021, Stodden, who is not binary and uses they/they pronouns, gave a long interview with the Daily Beast in which they called Teigen for harassing them routinely in X, then known as Twitter, while they were still a teenager.
“Not only would I publicly tweet about wanting to take ‘a nap of land’, but in private I would tell me to commit suicide,” said Stodden, who was 26 years old at the time of the interview, to The Outlet. “Things like,” I can’t wait for you to die. “
Shortly after the Stodden interview was published, Teigen issued a long apology.
“I am deadly and sad who it used to be. It was an insecure troll and attention seeker,” he wrote. “I am ashamed and completely ashamed of my behavior, but that is nothing compared to the way Courtney felt.”
Markle has not yet responded publicly to criticism. News communicated with a Teigen representative in search of comments, but did not receive an answer immediately.

The “With Love, Meghan” trailer was released a few days after Netflix announced that he had extended his association with Markle and his husband, Prince Harry. However, as some points of sale pointed out, the new contract was not as extensive as the general agreement that the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex initially hit with the transmission platform in 2020.

When the first season of “With Love, Meghan” premiered earlier this year, the reviews were mixed with negatives, and some compared it unfavorably with “Pamela’s Cooking With Love”, a kitchen program presented by actor Pamela Anderson.
A particularly sharp review of the Buitres Blog of New York magazine suggested that the main problem with the series was Markle.
“She comes out, in summary, as a member of the British royal family: fear of showing vulnerability, obsessed with appearances and seeking the affirmation of an audience that cannot be part,” said the outlet. “Nothing could be more strange or more depressing.”
