Neil Young shares his chilling fear of the tour to speak against Trump
The legend of Rock Neil Young, a fierce critic of President Donald Trump, on Tuesday expressed fears that he is not allowed to re -enter the United States after his next European tour.
On his official website, the musician born in Canada, who in 2020 became a Dual Canadian-American citizen, shared his concern to be arrested upon his return to the United States in the midst of reports that some people criticism have been denied entry to the country.
“When I’m going to play music in Europe, if I talk about Donald J. Trump, I can be one of those who return to the United States that is prohibited or in jail to sleep on a cement floor with an aluminum blanket,” he wrote. “That is happening all the time now. Countries have new advice for those who return to the United States.”
Young continued: “If I return from Europe and I am prohibited, I cannot touch my US tour, all the people who bought tickets will not be able to reach a concert for me.”
“If the fact that you think Donald Trump is the worst president in the history of our great country could prevent him from returning, what does that say for freedom?” asked.
Young also criticized Trump’s apparent orientation to opponents as “without thorns” and suggested that the president cannot “face anyone who does not agree with their ideas.”

The musician will be ready to tour Europe in June and July.
The stops are scheduled in Norway, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom and France. He is scheduled to return to the United States for a concert in Charlotte, North Carolina on August 8.
Young has been a critic for a long time of Trump.
In 2020, he sued Trump’s re -election campaign for repeatedly using his songs, including “Rockin ‘in the Free World” and “Devil’s Sidewalk”, in campaign events, without permission.
Young later suggested Trump sarcastically interpret another of his songs, “Lookin ‘for a leader”, who had reworked to directly criticize the president.
