Eric Trump leaves the door open to a possible presidential race.

President Donald Trump’s son told Nikkei Asia this weekend, when he was asked if he would consider a campaign for the White House, that “he would never rule out.”

“I don’t say no, but I’m not saying yes,” he said during an interview in Hong Kong, where he was promoting the World Liberty Financial cryptocurrency company, in which the Trump family has a majority participation, in the Bitcoin Asia conference.

In July, Eric Trump told The Financial Times that a family political dynasty would be “easy”, but asked if it would be worth it.

“Would I like my children to live the same experience during the last decade I have lived? You know, if the answer were yes, I think the political path would be easy, that is, I think I could do it,” he said. “And, by the way, I think other members of our family could also do it.”

Eric Trump’s brothers, Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump, have previously been promoted as potential potential republican presidential candidates.

But it is possible that everyone has to wait if their father follows their clues about running for an unconstitutional third mandate. Or if, as critics fear, try to avoid the 2028 elections completely to extend their stay in the White House.
