The Australian police have requested help to find the head of a man allegedly killed by his partner, a former star in the television series “Beauty and the Geek Australia”.

Police said they accused Tamika Chesser of murder after the dismembered remains of Julian Story, 39, found in an apartment in southern Australia last week.

“It was a confrontant scene for police staff and emergency services, since Julian’s body had been dismembered,” said the Southern Australia police in a statement on Friday. “Julian’s head had been withdrawn during dismemberment and, despite the extensive searches, it has not yet been located.”

Police said his remains were discovered in a house in Port Lincoln after they responded to the reports of a fire, and believe he was killed around midnight on June 17.

The police documents submitted to the Court and obtained by the ABC public broadcaster, said that when the officers arrived, they found “the” deceased remains that were severely burned and disfigured. “

“The defendant was sitting in a garden chair in the backyard adjacent to unit 3 in a catatonic and insensitive state at this time,” the documents said, according to the ABC.

The detectives launched images of CCTV and videos of Chesser, 34, to show what he had been putting at that time, and asked people to help track their movements. Police urges local residents to review any surveillance or Dashcam video that have to help investigation.

“Recovering Julian’s head to return it to his family so that they can have a peaceful result, have a funeral and put it to rest, it is a really important aspect for us,” said Detendent Detective Darren Fielke to a press conference.

Chesser appeared in the Adelaida Magistrates court on Friday by video link, according to ABC. The court raised an order that prevented him from being identified.

She had to return to the Court in December.

Fielke said the police knew that Chesser had arrived at Port Lincoln recently, ABC reported, but added that there was no obvious reason at this stage of the investigation.

“We know they were in a relationship together … it is something that is being explored, that domestic relationship,” he said.

Fielke also said that Chesser cooperated at the time of arrest, ABC reported.

The disconsolate family of history thanked the police, emergency workers, family, friends and community for their support.

“We are browsing an unimaginable loss, and his care has brought comfort in the midst of chaos,” the family said in a statement. “We are also deeply grateful to our family and friends and this extraordinary community whose kindness and support have helped us take us.”
