Republican senator melts before Mamdani and the Muslims who try to take over the country

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Alabama) says New York City will be “completely sunk” if Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani becomes the city’s first Muslim mayor.

The Alabama Republican, while appearing on News Business’ “Kudlow” on Monday, said Host Larry Kudlow says he’s not ready for a Muslim to be mayor of the most populous city in the United States.

“We should pack it up and send it home,” Tuberville added of Mamdani.

Democratic candidate Mamdani is currently leading the race for mayor of New York City with 43.2%, with independent candidate Andrew Cuomo in second place with 28.9% and Republican Curtis Sliwa in third place with 19.4%, according to a new survey.

“My God, we don’t need that anywhere in this country, especially in New York,” Tuberville continued, speaking of Mamdani. “You know, what a great city that was. But he’ll manage to take it down completely.”

He went on to claim that the bustling city is “run [in] in that direction” without “any law enforcement and all that crazy stuff that Democrats come up with.”

Concluding his insults, Tuberville added: “You know, we have a big problem in this country, Larry, with Sharia law and Muslims trying to take over every area of ​​our country. So I hope we wake up and smell the roses.”

Mamdani’s office did not immediately respond to News themezone’s request for comment.

The New York mayoral race has attracted national attention from political figures and citizens as it will determine a number of critical issues for New Yorkers, including affordability and crime.

Last month, Trump, who is from New York, threatened to cut off federal funding to the city if Mamdani wins the mayoral election.
