Rita Ora surprised Taika Waititi with a proposal and her 6 -words response had no price

Rita Ora is opening on giving her husband the proposal she would have wanted to.

The “RIP” singer shared sincere details of the romantic moment that she prepared for her husband, director Taika Waititi, during a recent appearance in the “Begin Again” podcast with Davina McCall.

“I have the [wedding] Bands made, I didn’t want anything too striking. I get some bands that have something really personal attached to the interior, which only we know. I just did everything, ”he said.

“We were in Los Angeles, I rented a hotel room in Palm Springs. An elegant very nice, filled with balloons and cakes,” Ora explained, adding that they were “heart -shaped balloons and a heart -shaped cake, because I am basically doing what I would have wanted for mine.”

The singer continued: “I am holding the cake, such as, holding a bloody cake, and the balloons are around us. Enter the room and say: ‘What the hell, is Valentine’s Day?’ I’m like ‘noooo!’ Anyway, I wear a knee … ”

She said she had a confused reaction, asking her: “What’s happening?” ”

“Maybe he doesn’t want it. Maybe it’s fine to be in a relationship, which was also fine for me. But I just wanted to block it. And I did it!” She said.

“And he said: ‘Absolutely! What the hell, get up!'” She shared.

Pray previously told glamor UK a bit about the commitment of the two, but did not clarify whether the proposal came from it or Waititi.

Ora and Waititi committed themselves in 2022, a year after the two began to leave. The two married only a few weeks later in August 2022, in front of an intimate group of loved ones.
