Trump and Putin gathered on Friday in Alaska to discuss Russia’s current war with Ukraine. The meeting failed to produce a high fire agreement.

“If I had to qualify it on a scale of one to 10?” Hannity asked Trump about the summit on his program on Friday night.

“So I think the meeting was a 10 in the sense that we got along very well,” said the president. “And it’s good when, you know, two great powers are taken, especially when they are nuclear powers.”

Hannity also asked Trump what the “atmosphere” was after the planes of the two presidents landed for the first time in Alaska.

In another part of the interview, Trump reiterated his doubtful statements that the 2020 presidential elections, which he lost to Joe Biden, was manipulated. This time, he said that Putin agreed with him, and that the Russian president said that the war would never have exploded if Trump had been in office.
