Sidney Sweeney

Sweeney is one of the most talked about actors in Hollywood, but that hasn’t translated to the box office recently.

Another of its theatrical releases, the thriller “Eden” (2024) directed by Ron Howard, grossed only $1.57 million (no, the decimal point is not out of place) in its theatrical run when it also opened in US theaters in August.

Sweeney’s fortunes will likely improve with the December release of the thriller “The Housemaid,” co-starring Amanda Seyfried.
