Son of the owner of the billionaire Patriots leaves Boston’s Mostral career
Boston (AP) – Josh Kraft, son of the owner of the New England Patriots, announced Thursday that he is dropping his attempt to unravel the mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, days after advancing to the November electoral ticket.
He announced the movement on WCVB-TV after Kraft and Wu beat two challengers to advance during a preliminary choice on Tuesday.

Despite spending millions of his own money on the race, Kraft struggled to find a message that he would resonate with voters amid Wu’s popularity. She is the first female and Asian mayor of Boston and has been reinforced in part by her defense of the city against the Trump administration.

“I have determined that what is correct for this city, for a time in the United States in which we must approach more despite all our differences, instead of turning on the division that separates us more, it is not caught in more political ludits, but to boost the conversation in a significant way,” Kraft wrote to supporters.
