Trump’s former advisor Steve Bannon took the opportunity to issue his complaints with Elon Musk in the middle of the explosion of Spacex’s founder with President Donald Trump.

In a Friday interview with NPR, Bannon was asked about the previous comments that Trump should cancel all government contracts with Musk. The companies of the technological tycoon, which include Tesla, Spacex and the XAI artificial intelligence startup, have received billions of federal dollars over the years, according to the New York Times.

“I think we have as a country a national security problem here,” said Bannon on Friday, adding that Musk has a “mass drug problem” and a “deep financial and commercial relationship” with China.

The Maga Podcaster continued: “And we know that he has asked for private reports of high secret information.”

The Wall Street Journal reported in March that Musk had requested an informative session of the Pentagon about the plans for a possible war with China. Trump told journalists at that time that Musk would not see the plans, citing their commercial ties with China as a conflict of interest.

The previously government efficiency department led by Musk, a team responsible for eliminating the alleged fraud and waste within the federal government, has generated scrutiny about its access to classified materials and the personal information of US citizens.

Bannon then doubled his call to investigate Musk’s immigration status.

“You have someone whose legal status is in doubt,” he told NPR, adding that “you cannot deport people around the world” and “leave a white South African, which can be here illegally, here.”

Bannon, who declared himself guilty this year of cheating the people who donated money to build a wall on the southern border of the United States, added: “It simply is not right.”

The musk born in South Africa is a naturalized American citizen. Last year, Washington Post reported that Musk was working illegally in the United States at the beginning of his career in the 1990s, although Musk denied the accusation.

Bannon has never been Musk’s greatest admirer, who previously called an “illegal parasite immigrant” and a “truly evil guy.”

Speaking to NPR on Friday, Bannon theorized about the root of Musk’s fall with Trump and added more insult to the list: an “11 -year -old child.”

“He has not presented any fraud,” said Bannon, criticizing Musk’s efforts with Doge. “So there has been a lot of tension. And Elon Musk, like the 11 -year -old boy who is, did not take it very well.”
