Taylor Swift granted a restriction order against Stalker that states that she
Taylor Swift was awarded a temporary restriction order on Monday against Brian Jason Wagner, a 45 -year -old man who allegedly visited his house several times and said that she is the mother of her son, according to judicial documents reviewed by Billboard.
The order was signed by the judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles, Debra R. Archuleta and, according to the reports, Wagner remains at least 100 Yardas of Swift and his home. It is scheduled to expire with a June 30 audience on a potentially permanent restriction order.
Swift wrote on his request on Friday that Wagner first visited his Los Angeles residence on July 9, 2024, and returned at least twice that month. The Grammy winner also pointed out that she does not publicly share her address and never gave it to Wagner.
“Therefore, the fact that Mr. Wagner has determined where the property is resided and visited several times, refusing to leave and affirm that he needs access, makes me fear for my safety and safety of my family,” he wrote in the request reviewed by Billboard.
Swift said that once came “to wear a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon.”
“During each of these visits, they inform me that Mr. Wagner made several statements about living in my property (it is not true), being in a relationship with me (it is not true), believing that I am the mother of his son (it is not true) and he needed to see me in person,” he added in his file.
Swift’s legal procedures were only launched after two more Wagner visits last month, however, when his staff made a background verification and learned that he had a criminal record and had claimed in “long communications” of the jail that was in a relationship with Swift.
Wagner supposedly even obtained a California driver’s license that quotes the Swift’s address as his. The singer, who unfortunately has a lot of experience with stalkers, described his statements as “disconnected from reality” in his presentation.

In 2017, Mohammed Jaffar, 29, entered the Swift Apartment building in New York City after harassing his management company, advancing Swift on social networks and describing his security guard as a “guardian,” The Guardian reported at that time.
In 2018, Roger Alvarado, 22, entered and used his shower before taking a nap in Swift’s bed. Later that year, according to the reports, another man traveled more than 1,000 miles to his house in Los Angeles with ammunition, a knife, rope and gloves in his car.

Swift has used facial recognition technology to identify possible stalkers in their concerts.
The singer, who recently triumphed in a fighting fight to claim the rights of her first six albums, wrapped her period tour in December. The effort became the most recaller tour of all time, and the first to win more than $ 1 billion, and $ 2 billion, in revenue.
