How “adolescence” analyzes online misogyny
A 15 -year -old boy was guilty of the murder of another teenager at a British school stabbing, the latest in a series of Knife crimes deaths from the United Kingdom involving children.
The boy, who cannot be appointed due to his age, admitted the murder of Harvey Willgoose, also 15 years old, but denied the murder in a judicial hearing in the northern city of Sheffield.
Willgoose died after he was stabbed on the land of the All Saints Catholic School in the city on February 3.
Judge, Jeremy Richardson, addressed the child, who was flanked by security personnel and an intermediary, the BBC reported.
“A jury will decide whether you are guilty or not guilty of the most serious murder position,” said the judge, before asking if he understood what he had said during the hearing.

The judge ordered the adolescent to be held in the arrest of young people until he is tried on June 30.
A hearing from the previous court heard that Willgoose was stabbed twice in the chest while he was at lunch at school, according to the BBC. Willgoose’s parents have campaigned against the crime of knife and said they wanted to establish a youth club in Sheffield in their memory, the BBC reported.
The prime minister calls for a knife crime a “national crisis”
The attack is one of a series of fatal stabs involving young victims.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer has called a “national crisis.”
“We are completely disconsolate for the loss of our beautiful child, ‘Harvey Goose’,” said the family in a statement after visiting the school after the death of his son.
The United Kingdom government has announced a series of initiatives aimed at reducing knife crime.
The prohibition of having “zombie” style weapons with leaves with more than eight inches entered into force last September.
Another prohibition aimed at ninja swords, long straight leaves between 14 and 24 inches, with a very angled tip, will begin on August 1.
The Government said Friday that it would also bring more difficult sanctions for technological platforms for harmful content with online knives.
The Interior Ministry said companies would face fines of up to $ 80,000 if they failed to eliminate said content within 48 hours after a police warning, in addition to existing fines of approximately $ 13,000 for individual technology heads.
Crime with a knife in England and Wales has constantly increased since 2011, according to official government data.
In the year prior to March 2024, there were 262 murders in England and Wales using a knife or sharp instrument, according to Ben Kinsella Trust, a beneficial organization against anti-nudillos crime.
Of the killed, 57 were under 25 years.
