The former MLB player dismisses the idea that he ‘tainted’ his legacy by his stance on sex changes for minors

2017 National League All-Star Zack Cozart remains firm on his stance on minors receiving sex changes.
The former Cincinnati Reds shortstop stated in a social media post Friday that he “has been told [his] His reputation is ‘tarnished'” by his conservative views and his belief that minors should not be able to “change sex.”
“Let me be clear…if those things are true [because] I don’t think a child should be allowed to change sex, so so be it…” Cozart proclaimed. “[You] turn 18, do whatever [you] I want, but when [you] I can’t get a tattoo until I’m 18, I’m probably on the right side of the argument in saying [you] I shouldn’t be able to change [your] “sex under 18 years old.”

Cozart has also been vocal about transgender athletes in women’s and girls’ sports.

Earlier this week, he appeared to post sarcastically about the Olympics’ alleged decision to exclude transgender athletes from women’s events after finding evidence of advantages for biological men.
“Wow, did they just find it?” he wrote.
Cozart said he would no longer support Trump if the United States entered the war in June, but changed course after a ceasefire was announced at the time.
“I will gladly eat my words for what happened today… lesson learned to trust man,” he wrote in X.
