Gaza Cesefire Defold proposal in doubt
More than 30 people died and the scores were injured on Sunday after an Israeli attack near a food aid distribution center in the Gaza pullaccording to the Ministry of Health of Gaza, directed by Hamas, and multiple witnesses.
People were aimed at receiving food when Israeli forces allegedly fired crowds about 1,000 yards from an aid site in Rafah directed by a foundation backed by Israel, witnesses told News.
“There was fire from all directions, from naval warships, tanks and drones,” said Amr Abu Teiba, who was in the crowd.
He said he saw at least 10 bodies with gunshot wounds and several other injured people, including women. People used cars to transport the dead and injured in the Campo Hospital. “The scene was horrible,” he said.

Ibrahim Abu Saoud, another eyewitness, provided an almost identical account to the AP. He said the army fired from about 300 meters away.
The Gaza Ministry of Health led by Hamas said that 31 people were killed and another 170 were injured.
Hours before, the officials of a nearby field hospital led by the Red Cross said that at least 21 people died and another 175 were injured, without saying who opened fire.
The Israeli army issued a brief statement by saying that “he currently did not know the injuries caused by fire (Israeli military) within the humanitarian aid distribution site. The matter is still under review.”
United States and Israelis supported Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) Said in a statement delivered AID 16 help trucks “without incident” on early Sunday and dismissed what he referred to as “false reports about deaths, massive injuries and chaos” in their sites, which are found in Israeli military areas where independent access is limited.
Before Sunday, the GHF’s help distribution had been tarnished by chaosAnd multiple witnesses have said that the Israeli troops shot crowds near delivery sites, the AP reported.
The Foundation says that private security contractors that protect their sites have not triggered the crowd, while the Israeli army has recognized warning shots on previous occasions.

Israel and the United States say that the new system aims to prevent Hamas from diverting assistance. Israel has not provided any evidence of systematic diversion, and the United Nations deny that it has happened.
The UN agencies and the main help groups have refused to work with the new system, saying that it violates the humanitarian principles because it allows Israel to control who receives help and forces people to move to the distribution sites, risking even more mass displacement in the territory.
The UN system has struggled to attract help after Israel slightly relieved its total blockage of the territory last month. These groups say that Israeli restrictions, the breakdown of law and order, and generalized looting make it extremely difficult to deliver help to the approximately 2 million Palestinians from Gaza.
Experts have warned that the territory is at risk of famine if no more help is brought.
High fire conversations hesitate
Sunday’s incident occurred when Israel and Hamas changed the guilt of the hesitant attempt to mediation to ensure a high temporal fire and the release of Israeli hostages in Gaza, in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.
Hamas said on Saturday I was looking for Amendments to a high fire proposal backed by the United Statesbut the special envoy of President Trump in the Middle East rejected the group’s response as “totally unacceptable.”
“Hamas should accept the proposal of the frame that we present as a basis for proximity conversations, which we can start immediately next week,” said Steve Witkoff’s office in a statement.
Basem Naim, a member of the Hamas political office, said in a statement that Hamas did not reject Witkoff’s proposal.
“However, we now respond positively and responsible in a way that fulfilled the minimum of demands and aspirations of our people,” Naim said in a statement. “Why, each time, the Israeli response is considered the only response for negotiation? This violates the integrity and equity of mediation and constitutes a complete bias to the other side.”

The Israeli government has agreed Proposal described by the United States
The war began when the terrorists led by Hamas broke into southern Israel on October 7, 2023, killing some 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and kidnapping 251. They still have 58 hostages, around a third of them that are believed to be alive, after most others were released in cease -cessation agreements or other agreements.
Israel’s military campaign has killed more than 54,000 people, mostly women and children, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health, which does not say how many of the dead were civilians or combatants. The offensive has destroyed vast areas of the territory, displaced around 90% of its population and left people almost completely that they depend on international aid.
