The protester burns the flag outside the White House hours after Trump
Hours after President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday that ordered the Department of Justice to process the people who burn the US flag, a protested man when setting the stars and stripes in front of the White House.
The video of the incident in Washington, Lafayette Square de DC shows a man who claims to be a 25 -year -old combat veteran announces that he was “burning this flag as a protest to that illegal and fascist president who is in that house.”
The officers who seemed to be from the United States Secret Service arrested him around 6:30 pm. The man was arrested for violating a statute against the fixation of fires in federal parks, not for conflicting with the new and legally questionable executive mandate.

Before burning the flag, he went to witnesses with an ox.
“I struggled for each of his rights to express himself, however, he feels that he may want to express himself,” said the man, to whom the authorities refused to identify. “There is a right of the first amendment to burn the American flag … No president can make a law, point: no Congress can make a law that violates the rights of the first amendment.”
In a ruling of 1989, the Supreme Court determined that flag burning was a form of speech protected under the first amendment.

Trump’s order tried to forge exceptions to the decision of long data, urging prosecutors to consider whether cases could be classified as “violent crimes; hate crimes, illegal discrimination against US citizens or other violations of Americans of the civil rights of Americans; and crimes against property and peace of others to violate, such laws. “
While signing the order on Monday, Trump said without foundation that flags of flags had caused public disturbances.
“When you burn the American flag, it incites the riots at the levels we had never seen before,” he said.
