Lausana, Switzerland – French Olympic Video Ysora Thhibus was authorized by an accusation of doping on Monday because the judges accepted that he was contaminated kissing their American partner for a period of nine days.

The Arbitration Court for the Sports ruling echoed a verdict clearing another French athlete with a similar defense in a Dapante accusation: tennis player Richard Gasquet in the famous case of “cocaine kiss” in 2009.

Cas said in the case of Thibus that his panel of judges dismissed an appeal from the world anti -doping agency, who asked to be prohibited for four years.

Thibus tested positive for the osterina of anabolic substance in January 2024. He was later clear by an international court of the Federation of Cercados, weeks before the Olympic Games in Paris, which allowed him to compete there.

Wada challenged the explanation that Thibus was contaminated “kissing with his then partner, who had been using a product containing Ostarine without his knowledge,” Cas said.

The court said on Monday “it is scientifically established that the intake of a dose of ostarin similar to the dose ingested by Mrs. Thibus, then the couple would have left enough amounts of ostarin in saliva to contaminate a person through kisses.”

Cas judges “accepted that the then partner of Mrs. Thhibus was taking Ostarine on January 5, 2024, and that there was contamination for nine days with a cumulative effect.”

His partner was Race Imboden, twice a bronze medalist of Olympic fencing for the United States.

Thibus, silver medalist for France in the women’s team team at the Tokyo Olympic Games, was in fifth place in that event in Paris and 28 in the individual role of women.
