“The long and documented story of Randy Fine to promote intolerance and political violence is a danger to his colleagues, for American Muslims and Palestinians, and for the fundamental principles of our democracy,” said the director of the Department of Government Affairs of Cair, Robert McCaw, in a statement. “Congress must take a position against hatred before our national discourse ages or encourage the violence of the real world and acts of terrorism.”

It was not clear if Tlaib’s democrats have spoken in their defense or condemned Fine’s comments from Friday’s publications. A spokesman for representative Pete Aguilar (California), who presides over the democratic Caucus of the Chamber, did not respond to News themezone’s request on Wednesday.
