“I think there are more challenges for the generation of field marshals in some way. But for the boys who take advantage of it, I think they are also more opportunities for them,” Brady said.

“I think there are many opportunities to succeed and, at the same time, there are challenges because there are many more distractions.

“Everyone is bitten a little more,” Brady added. “While, opposite to say: ‘Hey, it is better that you enter and do the work,’ It’s like, ‘hey, you should probably do this.’ The boys who will really have the great work ethics, can really succeed.”

Brady said that the field marshal of the Kansas City bosses, Patrick Mahomes, had the ability to “duplicate history.”

“He had a will to win. He has a wish every time he takes the field to be a great leader. It’s all that he says is right,” said the Super Bowl winner.
