President Andrew Jackson, a Magnolia tree of almost two centuries, had been planted by President Andrew Jackson of the South Law on Monday, amid the concerns that the sick perennial could represent a safety risk if it fell.
The next day, Trump was present to celebrate his replacement: a 12 -year -old offspring descended from the original Jackson tree, which called the “Maganolia.”

“We have a beautiful tree now in the White House,” Trump said in a video published in the official White House X.
It is believed that it is the oldest tree in the field, the Jackson Magnolia had long survived the typical useful life of the 100 years of the race.
Historians say that the original was transplanted from Tennessee’s house in Jackson in honor of his late wife, Rachel, at some point during his mandate from 1829 to 1837 in office.
The decision to reduce it followed by an evaluation of the professional arborist Peter Hart, who determined that the tree had “overcome the time to serve as an aesthetic and historical milestone,” according to a press release from the White House.

Trump approached the movement in a social publication of the truth last week, saying: “The bad news is that everything must come to an end, and this tree is in terrible conditions, a very dangerous security danger, at the entrance of the White House, nothing less, and now it must be eliminated.”
In his position, the president pointed out that officials will preserve parts of the Magnolia wood, which “can be used for other high and noble purposes.”
