This weekend in Augusta National seems to be one for ages.

The classification table is full of golfers who have combined to 10 important championships All within three shots of each other at the top, and the players even at the same time (eight shots) or better have 24 main victories combined.

Fifty -four players made the cut on Friday, and the play has been excellent. The cutting line was only 10 head blows. It is a long shot for those guys, but they are not out of that.

Rory Mcilroy, Bryson Dechambeau arises; Justin Rose has the thin advantage of teachers in Midway Point

He is right. Justin Rose’s 8 leads the package, while Dechambeau is a blow. Mcilroy is two shots behind the leader along with Corey Conners.

Scottie Scheffler, Tyrrell Hatton, Shane Lowry and Matt McCarty are sitting at 5 low. The main champions in 1 -under or even include Bubba Watson, Justin Thomas, Matt Fitzpatrick and Wyndham Clark.

A victory for Scheffler would make him the first consecutive winner in Augusta from Tiger Woods in 2001 and 2002. Meanwhile, Mcilroy is making his eleventh attempt to complete the Grand Slam of his career and is still looking at his coveted green jacket.
