Trump to attend US Open Men’s Final in New York

President Donald Trump will attend the final of US Open men on Sunday, a White House official confirmed News on Thursday night.

The male final will take place at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing Meadows in the Queens section of New York City. Participants have not yet been determined. No American man will be in the final when Taylor Fritz, the last among men, was knocked out before in the tournament.

The semifinal confrontations of Friday will determine who passes to the final. Novak Djokovic will face Carlos Alcaraz. Jannik Sinner will face Felix Auger-Aliassime.

Trump has been a spectator in the US Open several times in the past. He was seen at the event in September 2015 with his wife, Melania, months after he announced that he ran for president the first time. The photos showed John Mcenroe shaking Trump’s hand.
