Whitney Purvis of “16 and pregnant” of MTV has been accused of involuntary homicide after the fatal drug overdose of a man, they report multiple media.

According to TMZ, the Sheriffs in Floyd County, Georgia, said they reserved the reality show figure on Monday by intentionally distributing the “tranq” substance, a mixture of fentanyl and the veterinary sedative xyilazine.

It is detained without bail while facing involvement charges and possession with the intention of distributing controlled substances after the death of John Mark Harris, according to the arrest documents obtained by the deadline.

Purvis’s arrest occurs just over a month after he announced the death of his 16 -year -old son, Weston Gosa Jr.

The cause of Gosa’s death has not yet been confirmed, but her stepmother, Amy Gosa, told TMZ that she was dealing with a series of medical problems, including diabetes.

Purvis appeared in the first season of “16 and pregnant” in 2009 along with former Weston Gosa Mr., the couple, welcomed Son River Gosa in 2014 and separated that same year, according to Us Weekly.
